I am a born and raised Minnesota girl who loves being outside immersed in nature! From hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and biking in the summer to cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing in the winter. When I'm not outdoors in search of adventure, I can be found practicing yoga, reading, catching up with friends or out as a professional turned hobbyist photographer!

I truly have so many passions in life! I work as a job coach in a local school district, an independent finance consultant and loan closer, business and wellness coach, yoga teacher, & sound healing facilitator. I love each of these professions however as someone who enjoys working in a professional setting, I didn't love working for someone else. I wanted to create my own schedule and earn what I felt I was worth. I truly had no idea that creating this for myself was really a reality, until I made it happen! I love being able to work with others to help them to grow in areas of there life where they may need some coaching or accountability yet I still have the freedom to work as a yoga teacher and also provide sound baths! I also feel that as a personal coach, it's important to convey that I also work in various fields to expand and grow my skillset.

Breaking free from my traditional 9-to-5 and spending my days the way I want, making what I want financially, and helping others do the same has become a passion of mine! I offer a unique perspective in the business industry along with a vast knowledge of different modalities in the Integrative Wellness world where I can help you in many facets of your business.
